A 91-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Lexington Thursday afternoon, according to the Fayette County Coroner’s Office.

Leonie Dublow, of Paris, was pronounced dead by the coroner at 10:49 p.m. at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. Her cause of death was from multiple blunt force injuries. Her death was ruled an accident, the coroner’s office said.

The crash happened on Muir Station Road near Wilson Lake Lane at about 5 p.m., according to the coroner’s office. Lt. Samantha Moore with the Lexington Police Department said Dublow drove off the road and hit a tree. Dublow’s vehicle was the only one involved in the crash.

LPD’s Collision Reconstruction Unit was investigating the wreck Friday morning, Moore said.
