Lexington Philharmonic concert: Local works by Julia Perry

The Lexington Philharmonic will have its first indoor concert of the 2021/2022 season Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center, 300 E. Third St. and the show will feature a composer whose first home was just a few blocks from there. Julia Perry was born in Lexington in 1924 and lived for a time on Eastern Avenue.
